There is perhaps a notice of publication in 1826 that may refer to this concerto, but I suppose it is uncertain. Kroll has DOP: October 1830 (1 June 1826?) for this work. 1830 is obviously(?) wrong, since the 27 June 1827 Berliner Allegemeine Musikalische Zeitung has a review of the Peters publication of this work (perhaps reduced? 5 Thaler is the price mentioned, which may help decide which "version" is reviewed. Review.), which therefore was published by 27 June 1827 and not later. Op.104 (the cello sonata) is reviewed right after...)

3 movements lasting 30 minutes. Actually composed earlier than the 3rd concerto Op.89 of 1819...

However, it was also published in 1830, or at least received in 1830 by Hofmeister's: Monatsbericht (1830), p.53. That may explain Kroll.
